PENELOPE TANIS

Penelope Tanis is an award winning interior designer and the founder of Pink Peas.

She studied at the Kendall College of Art and Design of Ferris State University where she earned degrees in Interior Design and Furniture Design in 2004. In the years since, she has created a design that received the Crystal Achievement Award, and was the recipient of an ASID Award.

​Her projects have ranged from residential to commercial and has had her work published in both Food Network Magazine and Shore Magazine.

A resident of Michigan City, Penelope is a talented classical guitarist and enjoys refinishing vintage furniture as creative outlets.

Penelope always ensures that each and every project reflects the needs and desires of the client and believes that great design results come from collaboration and communicating as a team.
